Message from Colleen Conlon

“You Don't Need More Effort. You Need A Better System.”

Four abdominal surgeries. Years of training five to seven days a week with nothing to show for it.

Kettlebells rebuilt her body, and then took her to two Guinness World Records.

Does it matter what kettlebells I use?

I recommend cast iron kettlebells, e-coat or powder coat. Not all kettlebells are built the same. Buy them in kilos, not pounds: pounds are cheaper but the horn is thicker, and a thicker horn makes holding the bell harder.

These are the brands I recommend.

What's the difference between cast iron kettlebells and competition kettlebells?

Cast iron are the small dark kettlebells. They are the ones you see in my pictures. The heavier the bell, the bigger it gets.

Competition bells are used in Kettlebell Sport. They are colourful and look like big gum balls, and they never change size no matter how much they weigh.

What if I cannot make a technique call?

Submit videos for feedback and book a private call instead.

What if I'm new to fitness?

Swing to Snatch isn't for everyone, and that's okay. This program starts at ground zero for strength training: we cover the foundations of movement, form and technique in depth. That does not make it easy. It takes consistency, commitment and a willingness to show up for yourself.

I recommend being in a routine of at least 4x a week of movement before you start. Strength, walking, yoga, anything that proves you already make time to care for your body.

I have had clients join without a consistent routine. Some used this as the turning point that transformed their habits. Others realised they were not quite ready. Only you can decide whether you are ready to train with purpose. If you are, this program will meet you there.

I already know how to use kettlebells. Will this be a good fit?

It depends on your skill level and background. If you have completed StrongFirst or RKC Level 1, or trained extensively one-on-one with a coach certified through those systems, this course may not be the right fit. You have likely mastered the fundamentals we cover.

If your experience comes from in-club certifications, or you are largely self-taught, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of kettlebell technique, and you will be challenged along the way.

One previous client, a Tier 3+ Equinox trainer, came in with solid experience and an in-house cert. We refined her technique, corrected movement patterns and sharpened her skill set. By the end she was confidently pressing, snatching and get-upping a bell 8 kg heavier than her original testing size.

What if I'm pregnant?

If you are currently pregnant and have no prior kettlebell experience, this course may not be suitable right now.

If you become pregnant midway through, you can continue safely after checking with your doctor. You are not required to keep the same frequency as the group. You have lifetime access and can finish at your own pace.

I cannot do a particular exercise. Can you customise the program?

Yes, for an additional fee. That fee covers the time to adjust the program to your needs.

Before any adjustment I recommend a one-hour assessment with one of the biomechanics specialists on my team. It will show why you are struggling with certain exercises. After it you may be able to perform them, with some additional work based on the specialist's findings. You can also go through the course alongside a specialist.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds are given after purchase. If something comes up and you cannot move forward, you have lifetime access to finish the program on your own time.

I have done this course. Can I do it again?

Absolutely. Whether something paused your progress, life got hectic, or you just want to revisit the course, you are welcome to join again.

Because of the coaching time across three coaches, you pay a reduced rate to do it again.

What's the difference between Swing to Snatch and your other offers?

Swing to Snatch is where you come to learn, refine and build your foundation. Across 6 months the focus is lifting correctly, fuelling strategically, developing technical skill and body awareness, and building mindset and self-trust through execution. It is a high-touch coaching environment: direct support from me, a registered dietitian and a biomechanics specialist.

Rebel Bells is different. It is a group training environment for continued progression and long-term execution. Athletes train together at different levels, workouts are not centred on learning technique from scratch, and you do not get the same 1:1 technical correction. The focus is training, consistency and community.

Swing to Snatch is where the foundation is built. Rebel Bells is where you keep training and evolving.
